Megabus Crash - Power Rogers and Smith

On August 2, 2012, a Megabus traveling toward St. Louis veered off the road, careening into a concrete pillar, which provided support to the overpass between the north- and southbound traffic injuring more than half of the passengers aboard.

“It’s important to thoroughly investigate all of the facts in order to find out exactly what went wrong to cause this tragedy and achieve justice for our clients,” said Thomas M. Power, a partner at Power Rogers & Smith and one of the attorneys representing the victims.
