A Blue Line train derailed as it pulled into the station at O’Hare International Airport early this morning. Little is known about the cause of the crash at this time. Over 30 people aboard the train were injured as the front car jumped the platform and crashed into an adjacent escalator.

Officials must complete their investigation before the wreckage can be cleared, the damage can be repaired and service to the affected section of the Blue Line can be restored. For more details, read the story as reported by the Tribune here.
